Never Quit
Contrary to even the ‘best’ medical advise, there is never a reason to quit. An amputee with one arm completed the 140 mile Ironman last September. Putting that into perspective, any achilles tendonosis, shin splint, knee, hip, back or chronic health ailment is surmountable. Its a balance between time, effort, the ‘right’ medical advice, support and sheer willpower.
